Zel provided an above average service all the way though the transaction, which in this case, lasted 4 months. Contrary to some other car salesperson he listen to my needs instead of pushing a monthly rate on me. He was open to negotiation and kept me up-to-date on car delivery date. Very nice experience for me.

I'm very pleased with the vehicle and the process involved in purchasing it from the moment I walked into the dealership for the first time. My one disappointment is that the car took over two weeks longer to arrive than I was told it would. In fact, the arrival date was changed on two occasions. It isn't a really big deal in the grand scheme of things but it is hard not to be disappointed when you are really eager to receive your new car. I was actually surprised that the dealership did not offer to make up for the rather significant delay in some way, shape or form. Nonetheless, I was satisfied overall.
