The sales experience was very thorough with a knowledgeable salesman. Zel was well informed and not pushy. There was also reasonable selling of extras (full information of availability of items and services but no pressure at all). It was overall a good sales experience.

Recently purchased a 2016 A4 allroads. Dealt with Zel, Natasha, and Damian. Zel has a thorough understanding of the vehicles that he sells and was able to answer all of my questions about the car and the technology without having to reach out for help. Natasha was very helpful in closing the deal and arranging financing, she was able to clearly explain all points and address my questions in plain language. Damian was great when I went to pick up the car, spending as much time as was needed to walk me through he initial set up and main controls of the MMI. Also received a very fair offer on my trade in after a thorough inspection of the vehicle. Overall, an excellent experience.
