Fantastic service done right the first time and Abbey was amazing as my service advisor.
The motor on my driver's side mirror was not retracting properly just grinding upon closing when the vehicle was locking up. Abbey was able to expedite a new motor for me from Toronto. The installation took only 2 hours total. The mirror has been working fine ever since. Very satisfied with Mark Motors' Service Department and its employees.

Check in, review of services to take place - recall discussion (tail light/blinker recall) - loaner car supplied very quickly/efficiently. Pick up/confirmation call when the work was completed. Smooth sign over of loaner car and collection of my own vehicle.

We traded our 2011 A3 TDI for a new A3 sedan under the Volkswagen/Audi TDI compensation agreement, a complex transaction. We were impressed by the good advice and excellent knowledge of our salesperson, as well as the helpfulness of other staff at Mark Motors. We were attached to the old A3 but are even more pleased with the new one.

The car is great. The sales person and the delivery technician gave us a detailed explanation about the car and we had a wonderful experience of buying this all new 2017 Audi A4!
