Brought my S7 in to have a tire replaced so my wife could drive it to Conn. She is now broken down, by herself on the interstate as the tire lost all pressure. Not the reason I replaced the tire. Very, very unhappy.
Brought my S-7 in to have a slightly damaged tire replaced. Paid $800 to have it done so my wife has a safe vehicle to drive to Conn. She is currently stuck on an interstate as the tire replaced has no pressure left in it. Expensive and ineffective.

Everything was as plan and in time, very good service. I little more private and comfortable spot for working with laptop would nice.

always great service, served with respect and never feel rushed
I had my winter tires taken off and I needed an oil change...I needed a specific time to be finished at and all was done within that time without a fuss.
Car was then brought out nice and shiny.

I booked several appointments to have my summers tires/rims installed and after a month the service team told me that my tires were lost during the winter storage process. I was promised a new set of tires and rims. The day I arrived to have the new tires and rims installed i was told that they found my tires and rims. They gave me the new tires but not the new rims. I feel the rims that I received were not my originals since one of the them had substantial curb rash and one had pitting.

Appointment took twice as long as promised when booked
as above even when i asked not to have the car washed to save time on a simple oil change
