When my vehicle was not ready they gave me a loaner for a trip! Mark Motors service staff treat you like family and they take pride in the service work they do.

I am a new Audi owner and I'm very happy with all aspects of Mark Motors. They have an outstanding level of service in all departments and really make you feel valued as a customer. We felt like our business was not valued because we have an older A3, which is how we have been made to feel the last few times we have serviced the care there.
We brought the car in for recall issues and it was driving fine. When my wife dropped the care off, she was told to be there by 7:00am. There was not a loaner car available and was told she can wait because she is a government worker and doesn't " need" to be at work. Secondly, when she picked the car up, she was only able to drive 2 kms before it started making a squeeling sound. THis was not explained well and we were made to pay for more service and time. Not happy! I am getting a Tesla now even though I was looking at the S5.
