Service is not accessible in timely way for clients that are out of town
I needed service since my steering linkage or u joint was binding and I had a loud noise emanating front front right .

Pleasant from beginning to end.
Check in was prompt and efficient, the lounge was clean and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch.
Shuttle service was professional.
I received a call to let me know when my car was ready.

The transaction was smooth, efficient and I did not experience any surprises, except that the vehicle I wanted was parked on the lot. I also appreciated the offer of Audi After-care, which I reviewed and accepted before vehicle purchase.

I was told parts have been ordered and will arrive within 3 - 5 days. It is almost a month now.
