The Service Team at Audi Mark Motors of Ottawa

During a regular service I reported squeaking in the steering wheel especially when first starting out. I was told they lubed it and it is a bit better but still happens from time to time. Not a big deal but surprising in a nice car. I also reported a buzzing type sound from the passenger rear seat area. I went out with a service staff person for a drive and he heard the noise too. I was charged for confirming the obvious, that there was a noise which I reported. I was later told that they suggested taking apart the rear passenger door to explore further and that this would not be covered by Audi. I was disappointed as it is not the type of noise one expects from a nice car. I told them that I did not want to spend hundreds on dollars on this and now I simply turn on the radio when driving in the city and I do not hear it on the highway. Honourable David G. Near

Timely service but I was not to impressed that an oxygen sensor was once again damaged specially that it was repaired 4 years ago

Took 2 weeks to get an appointment but I was dealt with respectfully. Part took a few days to come in so I was left without a car for the week. I was able to pick it up on the Saturday.

Routing maintenance of 2011 Audi A6 - pricing was what was expected - people were all very friendly and accommodating. Vehicle was ready and cleaned on time.
