Went in knowing absolutely nothing about cars, and the people there made buying my first car so easy. Jeth was so accommodating and laid out all the options and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted & needed. Then afterwards, Lizzette came, explained all the paperwork to where even I could even understand it. Both made the entire process easy and made this experience so memorable.
I recently purchased a new Rav4 from McPhillips Toyota and am pretty happy with both the vehicle as well as the experience dealing with the staff:
- Staff were friendly, honest, and easy to deal with
- The salesperson and other staff that I was working with were all responsive to my phone calls and quick to call me back if I left a message
- The dealership offered a discount that I was eligible for and that they applied to my deal with no hassle. The finance manager was up-front with how the discount worked and was willing to go over the MSRP vs. dealer cost figures with me
- The dealership offered a fair price for my trade-in that I was happy with. Only con here is that there was an issue with my trade-in (that wasn't the dealership's fault) that I had to resolve before we could complete the deal. It could've been clearer at the start of this process what the exact problem was, but the finance manager was good in talking through it with me.
- The salesperson (and other staff) did not pressure me at any point during the entire process in regards to either the vehicle purchase or any add-ons
Overall very happy with the sales process, and really like the new car!
