My service rep, Dennis was very helpful and kept me informed two or three time a day.
I was having a periodic problem with starting vehicle where it took a couple attempts to start it. Vehicle was brought in and left for a few days but the mechanic could duplicate the problem and was not able to locate the source of it. After getting the vehicle back the same thing happened to me again and the vehicle was brought back in for another few days. but the problem was not located. Dennis arranged for a rental vehicle for me while mine was in for service. I have not had a problem with the vehicle since it was brought back in the second time so whatever the cause it must have reset itself.

It has been a few weeks, so I don't recall details. The service was tire change and rotation and spring tune-up plus anything else that Dennis recommended. When booking, I always say "Whatever Dennis recommends" as I have complete faith in his expertise and knowledge. The service staff seem to have done their usual great job.
