Great Service Guy Chris Mark

I had a email from on star come up and advised me that there is a engine or transmission problem and to get serviced ASAP. I called and booked an appointment and when I got there Chris took care of me, I explained what happened and he explained that he will get it looked at and will call me and let me know what is wrong with vehicle, he called in the afternoon and it turned out it was a huge job so they had to keep it overnight, so Chris gave me a rental as I live out of town, no questions asked. He was very professional and always kept me up to date. I can honestly say that I have now found my service guy with any other problems or concerns. Thanks Chris you Rock.

Chris always does a great job for me.

I had a regular six month check up on my 2016 Cruz. I also had a concern about the transmission and went with the special driver to test it out. Everything turned out great

car detail

I have had my car detailed at Murrays around 10 years ago. It came out show room quality so naturally I thought that couldn't be beat and returned. HOwever, there was a white film on the black dash, some sort of spill that wasn't removed. The counsel is did not look like it was touched, crumbs ect. The carpets looked ok. The windows were not rolled down as there was still dog slobber at the top. The seats looked ok on the top but the sides had water stains. (beige) The doors had a black spotty look on the fabric The trunk was empty and I thought they would vacuum that as well but there was still debris. I was disappointed that a dealership was not able to make a car that was not that dirty (mostly water stains on seats and some coffee spills on council) look like show room quality. I was offered to make an appt to bring it back to have it looked at but I am extremely busy with teens (one graduating) and work shift work. Making it difficult at this time. Thanks, Corinna
