I enjoyed my experience at Toyota and working with Carl Butler. Carl made my decision to buy a Toyota very easy and there was no pressure. The Toyota brand is very successful and Carl Butler set me up in a great car that he knew I would be happy with. Carl knows the Toyota product very well and explains all the warranties and details a customer should have knowledge of. Buying a new car is a major investment and Carl helped me by taking the time to explain all the options and making sure I was comfortable.

Carl was great to deal with and would send friends to him if they were interested in purchasing a car.
Had been to another dealership and had a bad experience Carl was pleasant and patient with me trying to find the right fit for my needs and within my budget. I was given payment options and all the staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful. This is my second time purchasing a car at this location and was pleased with my first car.

Was time to replace my 2004 Toyota Tundra that was bought new from Carl Butler. Toyota had just replace the frame under a recall. I knew exactly what I was looking for. Carl found one at another dealership and brought it in. Carl listened to my requirements and met my requirements. Did not try to sell me something I didn't want. If this Tundra is half the truck as the old one, It might be a while before Carl sells me another truck . However, our 2010 Rav 4 will need an replacement in another 5 years. With Toyota, a 10 year lift span is fact, not fiction.
