staff very friendly, I was pleased to get my car so quick
Staff very nice, I found the financing a bit confusing didn't realize they took the $500.00 off the vehicle price. Thought I would of received some interest back from the loan because we paid a bank draft for the total price of the car right from the begining. Other than that I was happy.
I'm currently driving my 3rd Corolla all of which I purchased through Bob. He takes more than enough time to explain the whole process, and when picking up my new Corolla he doesn't let me leave until any new features, and some familiar ones are fully explained.
Having initially bought a car which just didn't work for me, Bob couldn't have helped me more to come away with what I wanted. I now have a car I am super happy with :-)
Bob has been our 'Toyota Sales guy' for quite some time - I think he has sold us our last 6 cars! He has always been a pleasure to deal with. He is friendly, efficient and knows his products very well. He's one of the best!
