I was impressed with the time Paul gave me to understand what I wanted for an auto. He gave me some options and explained thoroughly the basic "ins and outs" of the options. My service was excellant. Things were well explained. I think maybe the deal I made on the tires wasn't as good as I thought... as well they weren't available at the appointment time, not sure why? I changed the appointment time, maybe the info didn't go with it.??? Involvement with all employees was very good. Paul; sales person, did everything he could to make my experience smooth, no hassle. My financing lady, Linda was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my third toyota corolla, second new one and this one is probably the best service.
