Arranging the appointment was very quick and efficient
I find the service department to be very efficient in arranging the appointment and are usually pretty good at timelines. When I first purchased the truck there were some issues with the oil filter attachement that was mis-diagnosed by the department that left me wondering but since this time it has been a good experience. I would like to thank Valarie for her help with this; she was very good to deal with and very friendly and helpful.
I was ten minutes late for my appointment to have my winter tires installed. When I arrived I apologized and the agent that was helping me said not to worry. This understanding attitude was very much appreciated.
My tires were installed within half an hour an I was completely satisfied.
I went into Oregan's with the intention to purchase a new Toyota Tundra and left there and decided to purchase a new Dodge Ram 1500. Oregan's only offered me 10K for my trade whereas I received 14K for my trade from Dodge. This coupled with a higher interest rate and approx 15K more purchase price (with less features) made my decision to switch brands extremely easy. Oregan's should really revisit their business model and aim to provide customers with better and more competetive pricing right up front vice forcing the customer to do their homework by low-balling them. The 10K trade-in offer really frustrated me and made me feel as if Oregan's is a shaddy company (very similar to the service you'd expect from a used car dealership). Shame on Oregan's for treating a potential repeat customer this way.
I recently had my 2010 Corolla in for a routine service. I like receiving the service reminder via e-mail and arranged the appointment on-line. I delivered the car early and received prompt service ahead of time. The front desk staff are very courteous and understanding of my vehicles maintenance requirements. It is this continued high level of professional and courteous service that have kept me as a returning Toyota customer with five different vehicles since 1988.
Excellent customer service in the Service Department
All 3 of my Toyota vehicles have had all their servicing at the Toyota Dealership and customer service has always been exemplary. Not sure if I can say the same for sales aspect.
