Steve is always very friendly; willing to go that extra mile to make the customer feel important whether they drive a Lexus or a Toyota. He is extremely knowledgeable (no doubt in part due to his time in sales before service) and is willing to freely share this expertise. Steve has a great memory - acknowledging you when you walk in the door with a genuine smile and a hello (even if he is not going to be serving you) - which only adds to the feeling that you are remembered and treated special. I don't know if he really does... but you certainly get the impression that he remembers your name and even your vehicle ! Maybe he just remembers the customers that are a real pain in the butt (ha, ha) Steve is however good at balancing his priorities. When wanting to pick his brain for a few minutes about a topic (both of us knowing that it was low priority), he asked if it would be OK to call me later in the day when things were quieter as he had several items on his desk that were time sensitive that needed his immediate attention. Impressive - especially if one of those time sensitive items had been mine. Steve is a real asset to your service team, which incidentally are all very good.
I actually cancelled my appointment, but I will tell you I find Oregans very inconvenient for booking appointments. Meaning availability is often poor, great that you are busy but not great for convenience.
