I was a little late for my appointment and expected to have to wait while they served someone else. I bought a cinnamon bun and settled in with my laptop. I wasn't half way through the cinnamon bun before they came to tell me my car was ready. They've been quick and efficient each time I've brought my car in.
I came in, the team was upbeat, attentive and ready for me, there was no waiting. Arrangements were made to get me to work and back. When I returned everything was done and explained to me. I don't know how you can improve on that.
