They were NOT accommodating

Someone hit our vehicle. It was scheduled to go in to the body shop more then a week in advance. Discount had been contacted by the body and ourselves. We were provided with an improper car. We have a 2 year old son and requires a lot of things on a day to day basis (ie stroller, car seat). We had an SUV they provided a compact car without all-wheel-drive in Calgary with bad weather. We attempted to swap the car and they simply were not accommodating. As a result we went with a competitor’s rental service, who provided an SUV as well as an upgrade.

rental experience

When arrived the lady was unorganised. During the inspection she failed to note the damages to car which i had to point out twice. when she recorded the mileage of the car she recorded it off the trip odometer not the actual kms.

Things need to be fixed

In my 4 years of renting from this location, the last 2 rentals have been the worst experience. For the July 25 rental, I was given the wrong truck which completely screwed me over for my business and cost my business over $2000 in additional expense. No one had the decency to call me and tell me that the truck I have reserved a month prior was not available, I found out when I got to the location What are you guys going to do about my extra expenses because I have the receipts

Late and rushed walk-around

Had to wait so didn't end up with my car until 1 hour after I had requested pick up. Made me late for work. Car was hastily and poorly cleaned. The walk-around was done while still wet, so unable to see small scuffs near driver's rear wheel. Concerning

Day late dollars shorted

I arrived to find no truck available until the next day. Girl was very nice and empathetic but I wanted a day off work and had to take an additional day the next day. I pick up the truck and the girl has me check to see if gas tank is full but she doesn't explain that the guage says I have fuel for 677 kms when I refill it tops 830 so I didn't really have a full tank.
