Discount Car and Truck Rentals...

Pushy and harassing to take them with insurance claim. Called 3 times to tell me I should take them instead of my chosen company. Would not accept car back with gas needle just at full— needed to be past line. Unfriendly staff who checked car on return. Would NEVER recommend!

Very rude Staff. They don't care about customer. As I went to pick up the truck and waited 15 min at the front desk and no one came out and then went back to check if someone there. There was guy and ask for help he said will be there in a minute. Again wait for 5 min he doesn't came out I said I have booking and getting late and he came out and said don't talk to me like this. I said I am getting late you make me wait for 20 in the morning to get truck. And he said I am alone and when I said that's not my problem. Then he said I don't want to give truck. Said don't talk to me like this. Guys yes I am talking about Manager him Self. Did this to me what you can expect from the employee.

Set up online. Got called 2 weeks later saying no van but cube truck. I say how easy to drive to Montreal and back? Not an issue so when showing up I pay before driving off. When returned Carson says I owe 25 for gas. I say np. Then he says I owe another $ 160. I say what for? He says that I could only drive 50 km max per day. I say we spoke about going to Montreal and to get unlimited mileage. He says it's not on the contract so too bad and would not check with the girl who signed me up. So I ask for the regional manager (adam) who finally calls me and without hearing my side just says, " we are not refunding your money". Bye. Carson is a rude, flippant young man who should be more professional. Will never use again for personal or business.

I called the branch and requested that I will be returning the van by 6.20 to 6.30 pm and the representative at the branch confirmed me that it's Ok and then all of a sudden after 2 days they charged me and now they told me that it's our policy. I would appreciate if a manager number or an email can be provided.

When I picked up the cube van I was told I neede proof that my insurance covered commercial vehicle so Jason charged me the $27 fee.Two weeks earlier at the same location they took my word that I had coverage. Before taking the van hevasked if the fuel gage was on full. It was slightly off the full mark but I said it was full as I planned to fill it to the same point on the gage. When I returned it Jason told me I had said it was full and insisted I hot back and put more gas in the van.This is totally bad customer service in my opinion. I did not have this issue two weeks earlier with another customer rep when I filled the gas to approximately the needle location. Then at 6:01pm he said he couldn't process my invoice but would email it to me the next day. I'm still waiting for the email. This is the worst experience I've ever had renting a vehicle and would never recommend this location. I feel I was totally ripped off and money is their only motive.
