Didn't refund my deposit, signed acknowledgement of waiver / clean car and yet they randomly recharged my credit card 250$ be cautious Bridgeport bc location

Vehicle was not up to the expected standard
The first vehicle we were offered had a cracked windscreen which the sales person tried to tell us was not a problem despite me telling him we would be driving in harsh winter conditions. He then insisted we take a smaller vehicle even though he could see our luggage would not fit in the car.
When he finally agreed to giving us a larger vehicle it was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke and had a damaged fender.
We failed to note the vehicle did not have a full tank of gas despite the agent noting that it did.
Overall experience was poor.

Vancouver Banff Jasper Return
Discount Car picked us up from Vancouver Airport and provided us with a brand new Toyota Rav 4 with just 30 kms on the clock and equipped with M+S tyres as requested. The car performed amazingly on the icy roads in the Canadian Rockies.
The return process was quick and easy and they dropped us off at the airport for our return flight.
I would highly recommend this company.

25% higher rent than agreed upon booking
A delayed flight caused them to cancel our booking without informing us, even though we had provided both flight number and telephone number when booking. We were therefore considered as walk inn customers and ended up paying 25% more for the hiring og the car. It is puur service that they are taking advantage of a delayed aircraft to cheat customers. We will never use them again and will not recommend them to others.
