We would give a zero if possible.
The dealer gouged us at every point and in the end provided the incorrect vehicle, a Limited, not the Overland we were purchasing. I'd call that F.r.a.u.d. Please do yourself a favor and save your lawyers' fees, save your grief. These are not good people. Dealer Gagan is like a dog's hind leg. Get the drift?

I went to bodyshop to fix our rear bumper. The service is excellent and quick.
We went for rear bumper repair due to r/e collision last Friday 2/12. Service was quick and perfect. I am so satisfied with the outcome of the repair. Repair was quick and perfectly done. Our rear bumper looks new now. The attending staff named Ray was awesome. He was so polite and friendly.

2014 grand caravan engine service
The engine light came on in my 2014 Grand Caravan. After diagnosis the problem turned out to be more than originally thought. Mikaela and Jen in the Service Dept were great to work with.. they explained the problem thoroughly to me and worked very hard to alleviate my concerns in what was a stressful situation. Both highly professional and caring that my problem would be fixed. Highly recommend Roadsport 10 out of 10 for service. Thanks to Jen and Mikaela.

Awsome Business Manager
Charles was pleasant to deal with very knowledgeable about the products he requests. He also added a protection called ride green that will come in handy at first I was surprised I was being charged but then I was glad I was charged that because It would save me money on tires if I was to replace a tire please see Charles for all your business management needs he is very transparent and is honest he also deserves a raise.

FANTASTIC SALES TEAM
I came in Thursday Sept 3rd I dealt with the sales representative, Brian who was patient transparent and honest. I first told him I was looking to purchase a vehicle in a month. He treated me fairly and took his time to make sure he knew what I was looking for. He made the sale the same day lol. I will be picking up my 2020 Ram 1500 Classic soon and want to thank Brian, for closing the deal sooner than later. He deserves a raise also want to thank his team for a great experience and made me feel right at home. Thanks guys Greg!!!
