Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Went to get brand new winter tires installed at a garage that has been in business over 40 years that I used for years. They said lower ball joints done so he will not install tires because he can not guarantee tires because in approx 1000km they tire will be done(shop can see damage to my tires I have on now, and when I drive truck I can feel it is the front end) & (the shop knows I have extended warranty on truck and has 0 to gain if I get them changed or not) And Dodge charged me 84.19$ to inspect said they are ok. So bring truck home and check myself and they are done. take to dodge and they say they are within the limit and will not change ( within limit meaning what? they will need to be changed in a month or two, another trip to Ottawa, another lost day of work, another set of front winter tires) . I paid 6000$ for extended warranty and they charge you to look at vehicle with warranty and now it will cost me 551 each side to change myself. sad. Just sad. DO NOT GET EXTENDED WARRANTY ITS A TRAP. Very upset right now. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

I should have written this review a month ago when I purchased my jeep but put it off. So I dealt with Andrew and he was absolutely great to deal with, i was a bit if a pain I'm sure but he was patient and very knowledgeable. He made my experience a great one and I will go back to him and the dealer again in the future. Thanks very much to Dilawri Jeep and specifically Andrew. Bruce

I was very disappointed in how Hunt Club dealership treated me and the sales agent. I was called to meet the sales rep at 1pm on a Sat after meeting him a few times. I show up on time and he had no idea who I was or why u was there. What made this worse is he rushed me out of the dealership without asking me any questions or showing me anything on the lot. I was ready to buy and I did. I went to Kanata capital dodge and had an amazing exp from the moment I walked in the door and 60 min later I purchased am amazing Dodge Ram.

Be careful on what you buy here & if possible DON’T buy. My used SUV had a broken mirror before I paid for it. Asked them to replace it. After the paperwork was signed the manager said they can only pay 1/2 of cost because of the great deal they gave me and if the vehicle was new they would have replaced it. Ya right ! Used vehicle doesn’t mean As is for over $30,000.
