I got my bathtub replaced , the work was done well , now the part that pisses me off . The work was financed , thought all was finished when I get a call a month later asking for the full amount. informed them they financed it , thought i would not here back , a couple weeks later get a call asking for a couple grand and that it was only partial financed . nope all was financed have to documents to prove, Well the stress of someone calling for money is just fuked and not appreciated , get your shit together

Lovely product!
Our installer Chadwick, was efficient and provided good updates as he progressed through the job. He was thorough in clean up and the finished product is very appealing. Very happy with the purchase.
I limited my review to four stars as the communication from the office was less than satisfactory. Told 14-16 weeks after our deposit was made for the project to be carried out. Numerous phone calls were made between week 15 and 29 to get updates but despite promises of call backs, I never received one. Finally got a confirmation a week and a half before an installer was sent. I would recommend Bath Fitter but don’t expect a quick job.

We are so happy and proud of our new bathroom design. From our first visit to the bath fitter showroom to having Mark spend the afternoon at our home. His knowledge and suggestions assisted us with the final design. Melissa kept us informed of the progress and provided the best installation dates. For two days during August 2023 , we had the good fortune to have Carl attend our home. He was respectful , kind and knowledgeable. Carl was careful removing our old bath tub , concerned for our health and safety. He was pleased that we took photos of the daily progress. He used a broom to sweep , then a vacuum and finally cleaned our entire bathroom floor and sink. Thank you to the entire Bath Fitter Team. Jane and Gary Smith

My experience with Bathfitter was amazing and awesome, from the people I talked to on the phone and Mark coming over and getting to pick out my own design.
Chandler was excellent at his job. I couldn't believe the transformation. He was very courteous, respectful and kind. He made sure that all his mess was cleaned up. He even let me know how long the other bathtub had been in for. He gave me a recipe for keeping my new tub clean. My dog loved him as he gave him pats.
I could not have asked fora better guy. I now listen to Ocean 100, his favorite station. Thanks Chandler.

Waiting for my $1000 refund for this very a month and no one is returning my calls this is very frustrating and I don't think this is a good business practice..
I have been waiting over a month for my $1000 refund and no one will return my calls they said they would mail my refund to me but that was over a month ago. I am very frustrated as no one will return my calls l think my only recourse is to go to small claims court.
