A real disappointment

I had scheduled an appointment to have my tires changed for the winter season and also to have my oil changed. Despite my appointment, I arrived to find out that my wait would be 4 hours. After some discussion, I was offered a shuttle to my home. There was another customer in the shuttle. We went to drop him off first and then he was called that they couldn't work on his vehicle so we had to go back. And then there was another customer to be dropped off and so we went via his place next. A very long and circuitous ride home. On a separate note, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive - to the shuttle driver, to me and to other customers. A bad reflection on Honda. Because of the amount of time I had to wait, the unpleasant experience with the receptionist and the not-so-great quality of service I have experienced in the past (I have often paid for wheel balancing and alignment which never seem to be successful), I decided not to return to your dealership. As an aside, I was called by a representative of Honda shortly after my last visit and I described my displeasure. He said he would have someone call me to discuss this. That never happened. Yet another example of substandard customer service.
