Guarav was an excellent sales representative. He let me look around on my own without bugging me for a while, proceeded to ask what I was looking for, helped me with my purchase, and I couldn't be happier! I originally had wanted to pick up the item myself, but after finding out my vehicle wouldn't fit the washing machine with the shipping materials included, I called back to have the washing machine delivered. Changing the method of acquiring was effortless, and the washing machine was delivered shortly thereafter. Delivery was awesome, as the delivery crew took out the old machine and placed the new machine in the right place. Unfortunately, the fill lines were about 6 inches short, but that wasn't the fault of the delivery crew. Would definitely recommend TA Appliances!
