I can't say enough about the experience I had at vehicle pick up. Not only did the sales person exceed my expectation as far as spending time with me on the vehicle features but I was introduced to a number of the staff that really made me feel like part of their family. If that wasn't enough the presentation of the vehicle was OVER THE TOP with an unveiling of my vehicle, picture and trinket gift. I've never had an experience like this when buying any other vehicle but then again, I've never bought a BMW. It's been a few weeks now since I've had my vehicle and I must say I absolutely love it!
