On the weekend I broke a handle spaces for my Broil-Mate BBQ. Checked on-line for the part and it was ~$9 + $8 shipping. Stopped by TA Appliance in Kitchener this am. The parts department had them in stock and I was able to pick up a left and a right spacer (on the recommendation that if I was going to change one I should change them both). Grand total for my purchase was $2.70! Super friendly service, excellent advice and very reasonable pricing ... what more a customer ask for!
