Extention Day

I have used their service for 3 times and the first two experiences were fantastic(10/10). They explain every important detail required and employers are so nice and polite. However, my last experience was not satisfactory, I rented a car for one day and when I was supposed to bring the car back I call them to see if I can extend the car in the same price that I rented before. The response was positive then I decided to keep the car one more day but when I returned the car, I had been charged around 20 dollars more than what they confirmed the day before.

Garbage truck

Ordered cargo van and got a huge cube truck. Truck was horrible on gas yes gas. A truck this large should be diesel. Spent twice as much as planned for fuel. Truck was very rough riding very loud. Constant banging and shaking. This truck was very very basic. No cruise control power windows or power heater mirrors without such options makes a very long drive brutal. Thank god I did not pay the price for this size truck. Also no lock provided for the roll up door nor was there any instruction on the vehicles limited features. The return went fine as office was closed however it took 3 phone calls and almost 4 days to get a emailed invoice. Will be looking else where for next rental when required.

Disappointed

I rented out a car from this location on 31st of December and wanted to return on 1st of Jan and I asked the lady at the counter about that and she said yes you can do that . However when I went there on 1st of January the office was closed and when I called the customer service they said that you can keep the car for another day and we will not charge you for that but they did charge me for one extra day. I am not happy with the service. Thanks

Car was dirty, rude customer service, overcharge, misleading information

The car was dirty, Macdonald garbage inside left, Customer service was rude, misleading information, Overcharged insurance, even when was opted no. Provided information before got it to the office. Asked to sign a document without explanation. Will never again use it.
