Dean Zimmerman has always been great with us, we have bought 5 trucks form this dealership and never had a problem with them. I highly recommend him. I believe they are the best in the City.

I have been going to Forest City Dodge for 3 years. I always receive very friendly and personable service from Serge and Tamara their service advisors. I was having battery issues which was losing charge since they replaced my old one. They stood behind their warranty and always helped in trying to figure out what was the cause of it. Car needed a boost I called Tamara two days in a row in December during holidays time frame and she sent someone to take care of it in a timely manner so I can make my appointment. Even though Serge took the car in November to investigate and ran every test Tamara still offered to take the car in again in December to run tests again. I got a call from Tamara that they did figure out the problem and fixed it. I appreciate that they kept me informed as they were running tests. I have been in contact with the manager Maria during the summer she took care of my needs. I am thankful to Gary (the shuttle service) as well. He is so accommodating , polite and friendly. I definitely recommend the whole team at Forest city Dodge.

I can't thank Kiwan and Chase enough for their amazing help! Of all the dealers we shopped around at, which is pretty much all of them, they were the only to really talk it through with my partner and I. Listening to us and respecting our needs. I was so impressed, I'm writing them both individual reviews as well. Long story short. If your looking to window shop first without feeling the pressure to buy, with people that know how to find your best fit and within your actual pricing expectations, then you need to go here! Decided to trade in my 2017 , Keith has always treated me like a friend .I appreciate everything he does, he is honest,dependable and he has never let me down.
