My spouse and I decided we needed a new, bigger vehicle right after having our son.
We contacted GanChev and were paired up with Jacob. His customer service and direction were fantastic and very much appreciated throughout the entire experience.
He ensure we landed on a vehicle within our price range that included all the desired features. Jacob brought a vehicle to us to test drive and then delivered our brand new car when all was completed. This was exceptionally helpful since we have a newborn at home.

Very friendly and informative about the purchase of the car we were getting.
Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the Cadillac we were purchasing. He knew the car inside and out. He spent several minutes with me in the car explaining many new features that were not on our previous Cadillac. There was only one issue with the car we were purchasing and he took care of getting the new part and having it installed within a week. He made sure the car was polished and thoroughly cleaned when we picked it up. I would recommend him highly when making purchases at Gan Chev. Thank you, Ryan for your services.

Rick has been our go-to guy for service at Gan Chev for several years. He has always been thorough without being pushy. When we started have some issues with our older car we contacted Rick and we took the car down for repairs. We mentioned to Rick that we were thinking about getting another car and he took us down and introduced us to Ryan Brown, one of the salesman.
