Very positive experience!
The technician was friendly and very thorough, explaining what the #2 service involved, the costs that would be incurred and answering any questions I had. When all the business was sorted, he asked if I needed a ride anywhere or if I would rather wait in their waiting room... coffee and cookies provided. I felt very comfortable leaving my Highlander in Jackson’s care.
I was impressed with the whole experience!
