Poor customer service

After owning 5 Honda’s from CRV to Civic to Ridgline and Passport. All but the passport being reliable vehicles. But the worst part of my entire experience is the service I received not only from BRANTFORD Honda but from Honda Canada telling me a whistle in the vents is working as designed and to deal with it . My 2019 passport has been into the dealership almost a dozen times, from factory recalls (understandable) to tire pressure issues, radio issues, folding mirrors , windshield trip breaking loose, power window button defective. I understand it’s a vehicle and it can be fixed . But a year old with 20k and it seen the dealership that many times . Called Honda Canada and they escalated it to mediation and it took him almost 8 weeks just to call me and tell me sorry we have done all we can do . I’m not crazy and hearing things as the service advisor at the dealership also hears the noise. A whistle while your driving is extremely irritating. When I called and left a message for upper management at the dealership in early February, still awaiting a call back. Sincerely one very disappointed customer

My sales rep James and neighbors are absolutely amazing and I had the best experience buying several cars from him, BUT the service dept needs HELP!!!!
