Brought my 2016 Rav4 in for my 72000 maintenance and was met by Jim Barrett. I have had great interaction with Jacksons service advisors and by far Jim was one of the best experiences to date. He met me right away and asked if I had any concerns that Jacksons should be aware of. He explained and corrected my maintenance schedule from 3 to 1 and outlined the differences in both. I told Jim I would be waiting and he got my vehicle in right away. He kept me informed throughout the service and had me out the door as soon as it was ready. Jim was a pleasure to work with.
