Going round in circles

I've been trying to get my jeep fixed since March 2020 it is now June of 2020 I called the dealership to make sure they had the part and they guaranteed me they had the part in stock so I booked an appointment to get my Jeep in to get repaired and every time I book my Jeep in to get it fixed I get there and they tell me they didn't have the part that it needed to be ordered. This happened three times once I got my Jeep in to be repaired I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours so I waited because I had other appointments I had to get to 3 hours later my jeep was finally done but by that time I was already late for my medical appointment which means I had to pay for a missed appointment as well as me being bumped to the bottom of the list for a very important medical procedure I found that the service advisor was very rude condescending and very unprofessional I was very dissatisfied with the way that I was treated and the time it took to get my jeep fixed very unacceptable.
