The parts manager Ricki needed my keys to adjust my radio after a prompt battery change and when I threw him the keys he ducked instead of catching them. Needless to say the key fob broke .. Ricki ordered a new one and called when it arrived... the service department ( Al ) actually reattached the fob to my key ring... This dealership goes over and above... they have my business as they constantly exceed my expectations
