Extremely Disappointed
My two year old Panasonic microwave quit on Thanksgiving weekend. Have left messages for customer service because all you get is a message Centre and nobody returns my calls. Have left a message for the Kitchener store manager - no return call. I bought the “hassle free” extended warranty but apparently they can’t locate a repair technician for my area so I’m just to sit and wait??!! Furious in Fergus!!!
