Karen very quickly established a strong rapport with myself and before I knew it we were finding no shortage of things to laugh about. Great people skills , made me feel incredibly comfortable and never once did I feel pressured. If she is still there when its time to replace this one there is no doubt in my mind that she will be the first person I call. Excellent Employee! She deserves a demo upgrade for sure ;)
