Hi Helen, we thank you for sharing your feedback with us. However, it comes as a surprise that we were not contacted about any issues with your vehicle, prior to this review. You have an extended warranty on your vehicle, and we would have gladly assisted you with any work that it needed. A safety inspection was completed and the front and rear brakes had been replaced before your delivery. An oil change was not performed, as the oil life was still good and not necessary at the time. We can assure you that we take the safety of our customers very seriously and would not jeopardize them.
