Would not recommend

I don't know what experience this survey is asking me about because I have not been there recently, but almost every time I've visit Bank Street Kia, I do not have an enjoyable experience. There are some very kind people there (like the Service Manager), but most of the employees do not seem to enjoy their job. I do not enjoy picking my car up after service hours when I have to go to the sales department. For example, last time I visited, I had to pick my car up at the sale department, I went in and stood there for 5 minutes (NOT an exaggeration) before someone spoke to me. There were about 5 employees working (2 of which were helping other clients and the other 3 were talking amongst each other). Only once one of the employees, who was already helping another client, told one of the other employees to help me did they come to help. And even then I felt like I was a burden to him. Because I am not coming in to buy a car then they do not care. I will never buy a car from Kia ever again. I have had so many problems with my current, as well as my two previous cars, that I will most likely not recommend Kia, especially Bank Street Kia, to anyone.
