Super Sales Department

I went to Bank St Kia to check out a used 2017 vehicle that we saw on a Sunday. In the show room I met Fayez ( Internet Sales Manager) who indicated that he would show me the vehicle. He explained the unique features of the vehicle during the test drive which was helpful. Returning to the office we agreed upon a price which the Car Sales Manager signed off.The price offered I felt was fair and probably close to their bottom line. During the entire process Fayez was always very courteous and a gentleman who knows the business. Next step was to meet with Sunny (Business Manager) to go over financial aspects and the extras available. He explained the details and benefits of adding these items to the contract --- without being too pushy. I decided to extend the warranty period since I tend to keep my vehicles longer than 5 years. I was given a date and time to pickup the vehicle and sure enough it was ready as promised. Since this was my 1st time dealing with Bank St. Kia Fayez took the time to show me around the dealership -- parts and service department and comfortable waiting area etc. My experience during this vehicle purchase I consider 5 stars. Thanks everyone.
