Disappointing
I took my Sportage in to DiLawri Kia to have a noise checked. While there, I was told that i needed new brake pads and rotors, front and back. Apparently, the pads were at 3%, rotors were rusty and my vehicle hadn't passed the safety test. I found this a bit strange since there was only around 24 000 km on my Sportage and my brakes were working fine. I asked for a quote from DiLawri and took my vehicle to a local garage to have them inspect my brakes. My local garage told me that there was not a thing wrong with the pads or rotors and that the rotors definitely did not have any rust.
I have been in contact with DiLawri Kia and am very disappointed in how this whole situation has been handled and how I have been treated.
