The reason a lot of people don't take their car their dealer everytime they need some service is because you know it is always going to cost a lot.Even if there is a special for your service call there are always other things they bring up that you need .Last time it ended up costing me more than 2 monthly car payments.You are never 100% sure you need these but because they should be the experts on your car, so you say OK..This is my experience and talking to friends it seems like it is a common complaint.. The servicemen are always very nice and polite.
