Didn't do everything that was requested.
Asked for replacement of rear windshield wiper which was not done. Have not been able to repair my A/C for 3 years now. Put dye in the compressor. Still can't find leak after multiple service appointments. Disappointing. Every spring the A/C doesn't work and needs to be recharged.
