Service at both locations is horrible
I really don't want to discuss this any further as I have tried for the last 3 - 4 years. But basically when I complained about my breaks since 25,000kms until this very day, and everyone kept telling me there is no problem it's just the way the breaks are, you could see my astonishment when I brought my car to my regular mechanic who ended up having to replace my breaks and had a hard time doing so because the back breaks were ceased and I basically had no pads left. This is sad because I had my car in about a month prior for service and apparently you took the wheels off to look at another problem and you would have seen how bad the breaks were without going much further, but instead you handed me back my keys and told me by car was in good shape. You also tried to get me to replace the tires ( saying this was what was causing my problems - and told me the tires I had weren't your favorite - which i paid an upgrade for - so I asked if your sales rep up-sold me bad tires and you quickly changed your tunes and accused me of putting words in your mouth.....) Yet again, a month ago when you did my service, not once did anyone tell me my tires needed to be replaced. There really is no point to your warranty when I had to spend $850.00 to get my breaks replaced when my car was under warranty and as far as I'm concerned your technician's should have seen this problem from day one! Very disappointed with the way my car has been serviced (would prevent me from ever buying another Audi). I'd actually rather pay out of pocket and have my car service by a mechanic that is actually fixing my car issues and I know my car is SAFE to drive.
