unsuccessful synchronization of my smartphone with my new 2018 audi q5
this is the first time I have been disappointed in the results of a service call with Mark Motors in over 18 years of dealing with them. I tried, and they attempted to synch up my Blackberry with my new 2018 Q5. After attempting it personally, I asked for help. while they tried, they could not get it to synch up and hold the connection, which it will not do. I am now at a loss what to do, and seem to have no alternatives but to use the phone manually (not desirable or safe), while every audi I had before would synch up without issue. very disappointing.
