I had a alright experience with Simcoe VW, I sat down and discussed the financing with Alicia and we came up with a monthly amount and agreed to it, less then a month later my payments went up without being informed of this change which did not make me a happy customer of VW. My only good experience this far with Simcoe VW is with Chris from service .Within my first 3 days of owning my car I noticed the door lock did not work and were a few other issues with my car that was supposed to be throughly inspected before I picked it up . Chris was on the ball and willing to do what ever it took to fix the issues ( ordering a new lock for the door and fixing the damages to the car ) to have a happy customer in the end .
