I was disappointed by not been car wash which I have requested.

I have winter package service done. I my service sheets requested complimentary car wash as well. End of the day when I went to pickup the car found car not been washed. I was very disappointed! I complained to the dark skin lady who took my payment. She took a pictures of my car and said every body left for the day. I have to come back she would talk to service manager. I didn’t bother to go back and start complaining again !
