Incomplete
Appointment was made well in advance.
Was told as I picked up the vehicle that one of the recalls had not been completed as they didn't have the necessary parts.
Could not tell me a completion time for the work, ended up being 8+ hours.
Lack of loaner vehicles was disappointing.
