While I was excited to get a new car (obviously), I usually hate having to go to a dealership and deal with sales people and negotiate. My experience at Kia with Mo (salesperson) and Ralph (finance) was so much different...in a the best way. They were just really nice people and I felt zero pressure. The were super patient answering all my questions and explained things (car features, warranty options) in an easy to understand and thorough manner. I would definitely recommend this dealership and those two in particular.
