Had a great experience for the most part
Wanda went above and beyond helping me after I found out my warranty had just expired.My truck is being repaired at no charge thanks to the goodwill of Eastside dodge I really do appreciate that. My only bad experience I had was when I had to deal with the assistant service manager Derrick, this is the second time I had to deal with him he seems to have a chip on his shoulder which made for an unpleasant conversation, he needs better people skills. Other than that my experience was great and would like to thank the service manager Sean for helping me out.
