THANK YOU SISLEY HONDA - YOU HAVE ALWAYS TREATED ME AS A FAMILY MEMBER

For years I was driving GM cars and was a faithful customer at one of their dealer/service location. Two years ago I switched from GM to Honda and always wondered if I will have similar services as I always had with GM where I had made some good friends in their service department. For my Honda the first time I went to Sisley Honda for servicing my new Honda CRV. I just could not believe the wonderful service and the wonderful welcoming smile I had from all the staff in their Service Department. My service advisor was Mr. Abe Kassam, a thoroughly professional and knowledgeable young man. Since then, I have never looked back. Each time the service has been great. I just completed about 33,000 kms and one night my auto would not start. I called a friend who gave me a boost. I called Sisley the next day and they arranged for me to look after my auto. I took it there and Mr. Kassam was extremely understanding and helpful. They took a complete look at all systems, fixed any minor problems, advised me to get a new battery if problem re-occurs. And to my delightful surprise, they said the service they provided to me was free. "Really?" I exclaimed. Mr. Kassam with a smile said "Yes, no problem".This a special note to Thank you Sisley Honda and particularly your wonderful Service Advisor Mr. Abe Kassam. You guys are truly family driven... and my next car will also be a Honda. I feel a family and will remain loyal to Sisley and to Mr. Kassam. Thanks again!!!

EXCELLENT TRULY 5 STAR SERVICE FROM YOUR SERVICE ADVISOR ABE KASSAM AND THE WHOLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT

This was my third time service visit to Sisley Honda. In my previous two visits, I was equally satisfied not only with your Service Advisor Mr. Abe Kassam who truly looked after me and all my needs with the service this time. Abe also checked my service details and advised me that based on my records, all I needed was the oil change and inspection. This was done professionally and my auto was also washed clean for me. While I was waiting there I noticed that all customers were received well by your staff and also seemed happy. I truly felt a family type of service accorded to me and also to other customers. You and your Service Advisor Abe have won my heart and my loyalty to your dealership for all my present and future needs for my auto. Thanks again. Husein Khimjee

FAST AND EXCELLENT SERVICE ON RECALL OF MY 2017 HONDA CR-V

I received a notice of recall of my 2017 Honda CR-V. I began to wonder if everything will be done quickly because I really have no time from my daily university teaching. I knew I could rely on my Service Adviser Mr, Abe Kassam at Sisley Honda because in all my previous visits Sisley looked after me not any differently than a family. My service Adviser assured me it will not take take more than one to one and a half hours. My auto was looked after efficiently with a smile and was done in less than 2 hours. I noticed as I was waiting all other customers were being looked after with a smile. Thank You Abe for your help and Thank you Sisley. I will always remain your customer.

EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE FROM YOUR SALESPERSON AMIR BAGHBAN

I am a regular Sisley customer for my Honda CRV service and have always been very happy with Sisley Honda treating me like a one of their own. I am now looking to buy a second car for my wife. I have a family friend (actually a distant cousin) who is a sales person at another dealership (not Honda). I wanted to do some comparison with the price he gave me and I decided to check with Sisley. I knew I would get a good advise. I asked to speak to a salesperson familiar with the Persian language (I speak very little Persian and am not an Iranian). I was introduced to salesperson by the name of Mr. Amir Baghban. From the first moment he showed he was professional and knowledgeable. I told him I was only comparing prices and the chances were I may not buy. Yet as a professional salesperson he was very courteous and provided us with all the information and also provided to try a self drive in the sisley compounds for my wife. As for the price he also introduced me to his another really professional manager, Mr. Victor Mohammadi who explained why was there a difference in the final figures.Although we did not end up buying, I wtill wanted to write this review to appreciate the professionalism and courteous services provided by Mr. Amir Baghban and the manager, Mr. Mohammedi. Now we will bring both the cars to always serviced by Sisley Honda. Although this was missed, I will always refer anyone looking for professionalism and courtesy to go to Sisley Honda first.

EXCELLENT SERVICE ONCE AGAIN...

This is my second review I am writing for this Honda dealership. This time it was a recall for Honda for a minor product update. After I arrived on the appointed day I was looked after by Abe who explained everything and said that the dealership will also rinse the outside of the car. I asked if they could also please vacuum inside. Abe explained as usual they do not but he agreed to do it as an extra service for the loyalty I have shown to the company. Later when I went home and looking at the service performed, I thought the work was not done to my satisfaction. I thought the update was not fully completed. The auto was also not vacuumed as promised. The next day (today) I took it back. Terry (the Servic Manager) met with me and explained that everything was done fully. Terry wnt through with me item by item and once explained, I was fully satisfied. Terry saw the vacuuming was probably missed and he offered to get the car vacuumed while I waited. This was done to my fullest satisfaction. I thanked him and have appreciated how this dealership really treats their customers as a family member should and has definitely won my heart and I am sure the hearts of many other customers who deal with this dealership. So Terry and Abe, Thank you again!

My review of Sisley Service Department

Here is my experience at Sisley Honda. When I first went there in the last week of February with my new Honda and driven about 5100 kms, to my surprize the Sisley Honda advisor after checking my Honda told me I did not need to change oil since there was still 30% of life left and she automatically booked me for the next appointment on March the 8th. I was very impressed; and so I took my Honda for service on the 8th of March. The Service Department again were thorough and very helpful. I told them I drove GM for 40 years and this was my first time owning a Honda. I told them GM always washed and cleaned interior. The Secretary at the front desk (three employees)told me at Sisley they will only provide exterior wash. They sensed I might not be happy with this they decided to check with the Manager who truly was determined that no customer can go dissatisfied. The Manager (his name tag read Cameron) together with my Service Adviser, Harresh Kandiah made sure that everything is taken care of. Harresh made sure my windshield washer was topped up and looked after all the details. When the Service was done, the Manager came out to inspect himself that my car was properly serviced and washed and the interior cleaned. I thanked both Harresh and Cameron ( I do not know the last name of Cameron. Someone told me the last name is Lynch). I left totally impressed and have decided Sisley to be my service location for as long as I have Honda. H. Khimjee

SURPRISED THAT THE SERVICE TOLD ME MY OIL IS STILL AT 30% SO I DO NOT NEED OIL CHANGE

After having driven other makes for last 40 years I bought for the first time a 2017 Honda CRV. It is new and someone told me to get first oil change when it is about 40%. So I booked for service with Sisley Honda. On the appointed day I arrived in time and the service Dept. checked. The Service advisor told me that I still had 30% life left in the oil and therefore there is no need to service and she automatically booked a future date for me. I had a very good relationship with my previous dealers in GM and I was hoping I would find similar or better service with Honda dealership as well. I must say I am totally impressed with Sisley Honda for their honesty and professionalism. There is no reason for me now to go anywhere else t service my Honda I hope to drive for at last 3 years if not more and I know I will always have wonderful and honest service at Sisley. Thanks again.
